Laser cutting machine is widely used in our daily life. At present, there are three kinds of laser cutting machines commonly used in the market: fiber laser cutting machine, CO2 laser cutting machine and YAG laser cutting machine.

2. CO2 laser cutting machine CO2 laser cutting machine can steadily cut carbon steel within 20MM, stainless steel within 10MM, and aluminum alloy under 8MM. CO2 laser wavelength of 10.6UM, relatively easy to be non-metallic extraction, can be high-quality cutting wood, acrylic, pp, plexiglass and other non-metallic materials, but the CO2 laser photoelectric conversion rate of only about 10%. 3. YAG laser cutting machine YAG solid laser cutting machine has the characteristics of low price and good stability, but the energy efficiency is generally <3%. At present, the output power of the products is mostly below 800W. Because the output energy is small, it is mainly used for cutting holes and thin plates. Its green laser beam can be applied under the condition of pulse or continuous wave. It has the advantages of short wavelength and good light-concentration suitable for precision machining, especially for hole processing under the pulse. It can also be used for cutting, welding and lithography.
