【Description】:
Electrode film layer before deposition:
A transparent conductive front electrode film layer is deposited on the glass substrate.
Laser scribing P1 process:
The laser scribing system cuts the film through the glass (depending on the nature of the film, ultraviolet light or infrared light is used).
Depositing the light absorbing layer:
A layer of semiconductor film is deposited on the front electrode film layer of the module.
Laser scribing P2 process
The laser scribing system uses green light to pass through the glass and the front electrode layer to selectively scratch off the semiconductor film.
Coating:
Deposit the back electrode film layer. In the P2 channel, an electrical connection is formed between the front electrode and the back electrode.
Laser scribing P3 process:
The laser beam penetrates the glass and the front electrode to selectively scratch off the semiconductor film and the back electrode film. In this way, electrical insulation is formed between the front electrode and the back electrode for the adjacent battery cells, and the battery cells can only be connected in series through the electrical connection created between the front and rear electrodes in the P2 process.
