CW Series CO Laser Cutting Machines for Non-Metal Materials

 

The CW Series CO Laser Cutting Machine is an industrial-grade laser solution engineered for high-speed cutting and engraving of non-metal materials. With working area options including CW-640, CW-960, CW-1390, and CW-1610, the system supports a wide range of manufacturing needs from small-format precision processing to large-scale textile and flexible material cutting.

Powered by a sealed CO laser tube, the machine enables precise cutting of materials such as fabric, leather, acrylic, rubber, wood, paperboard, felt, denim, polyester fiber boards, and other flexible or non-metal materials. It is widely used across industries, including garment manufacturing, footwear production, leather processing, toys, embroidery, packaging, signage, and textile decoration.

Unlike conventional laser cutters that often cause yellowing or blackened cutting edges, the CW series incorporates proprietary cutting optimization technology to significantly improve cutting quality and edge cleanliness.
