1. The marking machine features an automatic loading and unloading device. After automatic marking on the shoe upper, the machine automatically feeds out the marked and cut pieces.
2. The marking machine boasts a high degree of automation. Workers only need to place the roll of material on the machine, which automatically pulls and discharges it before high-speed marking. After marking, it performs precise laser cutting and feeding.
3. It uses imported high-speed spray valves, suitable for various types of inks: high-temperature disappearing in
ks and water-soluble inks for automatically disappearing marking lines on shoe uppers. It also offers special functions such as fluorescent inks and permanent inks. Customers can choose according to their needs.
4. The shoe upper marking line ink uses a proprietary formula that disappears at 60℃ and does not revert at -10℃.
5. The fully automatic intelligent marking and spraying speed reaches 800-2000mm/s, saving companies all marking labor and die-cutting costs.
